At Fully Gluten Free bakehouse & market, we believe that high-quality gluten-free baked items should be accessible to everyone — not limited by location, equipment, or experience level. Our mission has always been to remove barriers and make gluten-free baking easier, more reliable, and more enjoyable for families, home bakers, and foodservice professionals alike.
To support that mission, we offer our signature yeast donut, biscuit, dinner roll, and crescent roll mixes in foodservice-size packaging, allowing the same trusted Fully quality to be used in homes, bakeries, cafés, churches, schools, and facilities of all sizes. These mixes are designed to be straightforward and dependable, delivering consistent results without the need for specialized training or complicated processes.
By making our mixes available in larger formats, we help ensure that gluten-free options can be served confidently wherever people gather — from family kitchens to community spaces. Whether you’re baking for loved ones or providing food for a larger group, our goal is to make it easier for everyone to enjoy delicious, gluten-free baked goods without compromise.

Close to Columbus, Ohio, and convenient to several interstate highways, we regularly have customers from neighboring states like Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. Because our customers make a great effort to shop in our store, we are dedicated to maintaining long open store hours and producing as much product as possible daily. If you are planning a special trip, it's never a bad idea to call us first to be sure that we have, or are soon producing, any specific product you may desire.

We want your gluten-free treats to arrive as fresh and delicious as possible! Please review the following important information before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Details
Orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your order is READY it will be shipped to ensure it arrives fresh and safe.
Please note: Placing an order today DOES NOT mean you will receive it tomorrow. It means we will ship your order overnight once it has been processed and made.
Weather Considerations
If you live in a warmer climate, please be aware that heat can affect your product during transit. Currently, we do NOT ship with cold-pack insulated containers, though we plan to in the future. Because of this, we may limit or pause shipping during hot summer months to maintain product quality.
What to Do When Your Order Arrives
To ensure the best quality, we recommend: Eat within 24 hours for optimal freshness. Or freeze immediately if you’re not consuming it right away.
