We are located in Delaware, Ohio, just north of Columbus. Our little one-of-a-kind store is something pretty special. Customers tell us all the time that they have never seen so many grocery items, and the vast selection of freshly made, frozen items that our Fully Kitchen crew make every single day. It can be a little mind-blowing for some, especially when they realize that it's ALL GLUTEN FREE! Every single item.

We are amazed everyday that folks drive hours to make it to our little store, but we've never heard anyone complain about the trip! It's almost always a reaction of "Totally worth it!" or "I can't believe a place like this exists." We specialize in trying to find the newest and best in gluten-free products on the market. We even import some from Europe. When we find a line of food that we like a lot, we scour our distributors for the full flavor assortment - something that other stores just simply do not do. In addition to brand products we cook, bake, prepare and freeze over 100 different products in our on-site bakehouse. Things like Calzones, Cinnamon Rolls, Breakfast Pockets, fresh Cakes and Cupcakes, and of course Donuts! You will always find our delicious cake Donuts in our freezers packaged for you as individuals or packs of 6. We offer iced Donuts with Sprinkles, Blueberry or Apple or Pumpkin (in the Fall) rolled in powdered sugar. We work hard every single day to keep our 10 freezers fully stocked with product for you. We want your shopping experience at Fully Gluten Free bakehouse & market to be everything you could imagine, and we never want you to miss out on having that special nostalgic item that you miss the most since going gluten-free.

The Fully Kitchen really cooks!

We currently rotate the production of over 200 items from our certified and dedicated gluten free kitchen. We work every week to experiment and perfect new recipes, often for items that our customers tell us they would just love for us to make. We are constantly working with our suppliers and distributors to find and bring in new products that we know are desirable, are of great quality and don't compromise on taste. If it doesn't pass Jeni's taste test, it doesn't go out on the market shelves. If you have a product recommendation, please don't hesitate to ask us about it. If we can source it, we will. If we can make it, we'll do that too.

Dairy Free options Galore!

Did you know that about 40% of people that have a problem with gluten also have a problem with dairy? We understand that, so whenever possible we try to make our recipes gluten AND dairy free. In fact, we're getting pretty good at this "GFDF" thing! Our Managers and staff are always tinkering, trying to cut the dairy out without sacrificing any taste, texture, or longevity. It may not be possible for every single item we make, but we sure have had success with a lot of them.
