At Fully Gluten Free Bakehouse & Market, we believe everyone deserves a donut. High-quality gluten-free baked goods should be accessible to everyone — not limited by location, equipment, or experience level.
Our mission has always been to remove barriers and make gluten-free baking easier, more reliable, and more enjoyable for families, home bakers, and foodservice professionals alike.
To support that mission, we offer our signature yeast donut, biscuit, dinner roll, and crescent roll mixes in both individual and foodservice size packaging. This allows the same trusted Fully Gluten Free quality to be used in homes, bakeries, cafés, churches, schools, and facilities of all sizes. Our mixes are designed to be straightforward and dependable, delivering consistent results without the need for specialized training or complicated processes.
By making our mixes available in multiple formats, we help ensure that gluten-free options can be served confidently wherever people gather — from family kitchens to community spaces. Whether you’re baking for loved ones or providing food for a larger group, our goal is to make it easier for everyone to enjoy delicious, gluten-free baked goods without compromise.
Serving Customers Across Ohio and the Midwest
Located just outside Columbus, Ohio and conveniently accessible from several major interstate highways, we regularly welcome customers from neighboring states, including Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
Because many of our customers make a special trip to visit us, we work hard to produce as much fresh product as possible each day.

Due to extreme summer temperatures and our commitment to delivering products in the best possible condition, shipping is temporarily suspended during the warmer months. Many of our gluten-free baked goods are sensitive to heat, and we never want to compromise quality during transit. We anticipate resuming shipping once temperatures begin to cool. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
We offer nationwide shipping on select gluten-free baked goods directly from our dedicated gluten-free bakehouse. All shipped items are produced with the same care, quality, and attention as the products available in our physical store.
Because everything we make is gluten-free and produced in-house, shipping availability is thoughtfully managed to ensure products arrive in the best condition possible.
How Shipping from Our Bakehouse Works
Shipping availability is based on production schedules and product performance during transit. Items selected for shipping are chosen because they maintain their quality, texture, and flavor when packaged and shipped.
What Can Be Shipped
Not all products are available for shipping. Items that ship well may include baked goods, mixes, and specialty products designed to maintain quality outside of the bakehouse environment.
Shipping availability changes throughout the year as we introduce seasonal items, refine recipes, and test new products. Products available for shipment will always be clearly indicated when ordering.

Because our products are made fresh and produced in limited quantities, shipping availability is not guaranteed at all times. Customers planning orders for specific products or time frames are encouraged to place orders early or check availability in advance.

We want your gluten-free treats to arrive as fresh and delicious as possible! Please review the following important information before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Details
Orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your order is READY it will be shipped to ensure it arrives fresh and safe.
Please note: Placing an order today DOES NOT mean you will receive it tomorrow. It means we will ship your order overnight once it has been processed and made.
Weather Considerations
If you live in a warmer climate, please be aware that heat can affect your product during transit. Currently, we do NOT ship with cold-pack insulated containers, though we plan to in the future. Because of this, we may limit or pause shipping during hot summer months to maintain product quality.
What to Do When Your Order Arrives
To ensure the best quality, we recommend: Eat within 24 hours for optimal freshness. Or freeze immediately if you’re not consuming it right away.
