Cinnamon Bread

Each cinnamon bread loaf is handmade by our bakers. Natural variations in shape and appearance are part of what makes every loaf special.

Ingredients: Rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca vegetable fiber (cellulose, psyllium husk), millet, cane sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, water, vegetable oil, salt, potato, emulsifier (plant derived mono & diglycerides, polyglycerol esters), ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin, salt. If frozen, thaw on counter (NOT FRIDGE) for 4-5 hours.  Slice what you need and store the rest in an airtight container or a ziplock for 4-5 days.  Can re-freeze after slicing if desired.
