Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Handcrafted in small batches.
Each loaf is made by hand and generously packed with cinnamon and raisins, so no two loaves look the same. Natural variations are part of what makes our breads special.

Ingredients: Rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca vegetable fiber (cellulose, psyllium husk), millet, raisins, cane sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, water, vegetable oil, salt, potato, emulsifier (plant derived mono & diglycerides, polyglycerol esters), ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin, salt. If frozen, thaw on counter (NOT FRIDGE) for 4-5 hours.  Slice what you need and store the rest in an airtight container or a ziplock for 4-5 days.  Can re-freeze after slicing if desired.
