French Bread

Handcrafted French bread.
Made by hand in small batches, our French bread delivers a lightly crisp crust and soft interior. Natural variations in size and shape reflect the care that goes into every loaf.

Ingredients: Rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca vegetable fiber (cellulose, psyllium husk), millet, cane sugar, salt, potato, emulsifier (plant derived mono & diglycerides, polyglycerol esters), ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin, salt. Thaw on counter if frozen (NOT FRIDGE) for 4-5 hours.  Slice what you need and store the rest in an airtight container or a ziplock for 4-5 days.  Can re-freeze after slicing if desired.
