INGREDIENTS: water, modified tapioca starch, potato starch, corn starch, egg whites, white rice flour, corn flour, yeast, sugar, canola oil, xanthan gum salt, vinegar, guar gum, citrus fiber, cellulose gum, sunflower lecithin  Pepperoni:  pork, beef, salt, spices, dextrose, lactic acid starter, paprika, flavoring, garlic powder, sodium nitrite, bha, bht, citric acid.  
***To oven reheat (preferred), let thaw overnight and wrap in foil, insert in oven, toaster oven, or air-fryer at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes (will vary).  To reheat in microwave from frozen state 60-90 seconds on medium power.
