Returns & Refunds Policy: Did you find a problem with your order? If it is within our power to do so, we will make it right. Contact us immediately if: - The product listed on the invoice is not what you received. - Something is missing. - A product is spoiled or damaged in shipping. Orders will ship 2 - 8 business days after receiving your order. *If you have feedback about the quality of an item or the condition it was received, please send us an email to weareglutenfree256@gmail.com and we will take your concerns into consideration. If action is needed, we will contact you promptly. *Please note that we may restrict the shipment of certain items during hot weather months. We do not accept exchange or return of food items: - For safety reasons, we cannot accept return or exchange food items. - If an item we shipped to you arrives spoiled or damaged beyond consumption, please let us know by calling us at 740-990-0229 or by email to weareglutenfree256@gmail.com. - If items were damaged or spoiled as a result of insufficient packaging or careless delivery, we will take it up with our UPS shipper on your behalf and attempt to make a claim for refund of purchased value of items. *We assure you that all items that are packed by us are done so with the utmost care and are fully intact when they leave our possession, and are delivered to or picked up by our UPS carrier. General Shipping Guidelines: - Please be sure to give full proper shipping addresses including Apartment, Unit and Suite numbers. We exclusively using UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship and UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. If you only have a PO Box address, we suggest the use of an authorized UPS pickup location. - Returned and rerouted packages may incur additional shipping fees. - We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses. - A complete order may be shipped in 1 or more boxes. - We are currently shipping orders out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your order will be shipped out at the next available ship day from the time you placed it. (Extenuating circumstances may prevent timely shipping in rare instances.) If we are unable to ship your order out within these expectations, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know of any delay or need for cancellation. Upon the circumstance of that, we will refund to your credit card the total amount of the item(s) that cannot be shipped, fulfilled, or made/cooked in time. Shipping Rates: UPS Shipping rates are calculated in real time as you place your order and are static once your purchase is complete. Please note that sometimes inclement weather can be a factor in missed or late pickup or deliveries, and are not eligible for refund or cancellation once they leave our store. Expedited Shipping is now required for our products and all delivery locations. These will be noted and fully disclosed on your ordering process. International Shipping: We will not ship internationally or to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, APOs, or PO Boxes, or to any other location outside the 48 continental United States.
